1. General Refund Policy
All purchases made on StartupGuruz.com are considered final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Once a service is initiated, system resources, backend logic, and infrastructure are allocated, resulting in real-time delivery or resource consumption.
Refunds are granted only if we fail to deliver the service as promised and the issue cannot be resolved after proper support communication.
2. No Refund Conditions
You are not eligible for a refund in the following scenarios:
You have accessed, generated, or downloaded a report, tool output, or digital file.
Errors or omissions occurred due to incorrect input provided by you.
Subjective dissatisfaction with the design, formatting, or content of the automated output.
You changed your mind, no longer need the service, or misunderstood the offering.
Regeneration or repeated use of tools after editing inputs — this still consumes server resources.
Issues caused by your internet connectivity, browser, device, or external interruptions.
Tool works as described, but you expected more features not advertised or promised.
3. Project Report Builder & Utility Tools
Our automated tools, including the Project Report Builder, rely on high CPU usage, real-time processing, and infrastructure that incurs cost per use.
Hence:
Once a report is generated and/or downloaded, no refund will be issued under any condition.
You can edit and regenerate the report to fix inputs without additional charges.
If any technical issue occurs, please contact our support before retrying.
4. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be issued only if:
A service or tool fails to function entirely due to a verified issue from our end.
Payment was completed, but you did not receive access to the product or service.
A technical or system error caused the final output to be incomplete or unusable, not due to your actions.
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of purchase at support@startupguruz.com, along with complete order details and screenshots (if applicable). All claims will be thoroughly verified by our technical team.
5. Service Cancellation (Manual/Consulting Services)
For manually delivered services like website development, CRM setup, or marketing assistance, cancellation is possible within 2 hours of placing the order if work has not begun.
Once any part of the service has been initiated (resource allocation, domain setup, designs, etc.), no cancellation or refund will be accepted.

7. External Events & Limitations
StartupGuruz is not liable for any refund or service disruption caused by:
Hosting/server issues or cloud provider downtime
Delays or technical failures from third-party services (payment gateways, Meta, WhatsApp APIs)
Poor internet connectivity or device/browser issues on your end
Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government bans, or infrastructure disruptions
Unexpected API changes or external platform restrictions
In such cases, we will assist you to the best of our ability, but refunds will not be issued unless the service failure is entirely from our side and irreversible.
